Our team conducted a usability study to assess the effectiveness of the UW Medicine Coronavirus Microsite and Solv. This study was conducted at the height of the Omicron wave in the Greater Seattle area, where an average of 5,796 people were infected on a daily basis. The UW Medicine Coronavirus Microsite is managed by the University of Washington Medical Center and provides information about Coronavirus care, services, and testing locations. This site primarily serves patients in western Washington.
